Excellent hardware with a huge display, strong battery life and capable DeX make this the best Android productivity tablet and better value than the iPad Pro, though Android's tablet apps remain a handicap.

What do critics say about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra?
Tech Advisor80
A stunning, fast tablet that is wonderful for media and travel, but it is so large it is awkward without a keyboard or stand, and the price rivals a good laptop.
Tom's Guide80
A lovely slate with a gorgeous OLED screen and long battery life that is great for video, but a downgraded DeX mode and a touchpad-less keyboard mean it cannot really replace a laptop.
TechRadar70
A fantastic big-screen tablet for gaming, drawing and media, but the mid-range chip and high cost keep it from being a serious productivity tool or laptop replacement.
The Independent83est.
Chosen as the best Android tablet and a genuine laptop substitute thanks to its huge screen and DeX mode.
